The TOGU balancing surface is a patented platform (EU patent no. 2081651) that helps improve balance for people of all ages and fitness levels. The platform has built-in motion sensors that help perform various types of balance analysis and continuously transmit measured data.

An application with various types of test analyses, a training program, as well as training games are used during the lesson on the balancing surface of the TOGU. The app is based on scientifically recognized training concepts and allows to significantly improve the quality of learning and increase motivation to learn. Body work allows the internal muscles and nerves to interact perfectly and teaches the body to “move as a team”.

Small, precise, rebalancing movements in combination with the visual feedback function are of great importance and thus increase the training effect.
